Senior US IT Recruiter

Location - Ambli Road, Ahmedabad (WFO)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients and job requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Coordinate with US hiring managers and recruitment teams.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience (US staffing or IT recruiting preferred).
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.
• Strong understanding of US job market and recruitment processes.
• Ability to work in US shift hours.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT recruiting or technical recruitment.
• Familiarity with ATS tools.
• Knowledge of US work authorization types.
• Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
