US IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate interviews between clients (hiring managers) and potential candidates to assess their fit for open positions.
• Manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress updates from hiring managers and ensuring timely communication with applicants.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of W2 employment laws and regulations in the United States.
• Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles within a given timeframe.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
