Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Remote (India)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 6 months–2 years of experience to join our recruiting team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and screening IT professionals for U.S. contract opportunities and be comfortable working with fast-paced recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Review resumes and identify candidates matching technical requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical experience, availability, location, and work authorization.
• Work on requirements across technologies such as Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, ServiceNow, Salesforce, QA/SDET, and other IT skill sets.
• Perform Boolean searches and candidate research to identify hard-to-find talent.
• Communicate with candidates regarding opportunities, interview processes, and requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent candidate follow-up.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity.
• Work closely with senior recruiters/account teams to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

Required Skills

• 6 months–2 years of US IT recruiting experience.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. IT staffing market.
• Hands-on experience with Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Familiarity with W2, C2C, 1099, OPT, H-1B, GC, EAD, and other common U.S. work authorization categories.
• Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidate experience.
• Good follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, JobDiva, or similar recruiting platforms.
• Experience recruiting for contract and contract-to-hire positions.
• Experience working on urgent or hard-to-fill requirements.
