Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as Dice, Monster, and other job boards.
• Conduct technical analysis of resumes and cover letters to identify the best fit for open positions.
• Manage the entire visa processing process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of documents to candidates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of qualified candidates.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment or related field (C2C, H1B sponsorship).
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing industry trends and regulations.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like Dice, Monster, etc.
