• Conduct technical interviews, reference checks, and background verifications to ensure candidate quality.

Job Requirements :

• 5-7 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of US market trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
