Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for US IT positions through various channels such as DICE, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment from initial screening to offer extension, ensuring timely communication with candidates and clients.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates who meet their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers made.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment or related field (C2C/US Staffing).
• Strong understanding of W2/H1B visa sponsorship processes.
• Proficiency in using tools like DICE for job posting and candidate sourcing.
