Technumen is hiring! We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team and grow with us.

Location: Hyderabad Work From Office Only
Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST
Experience: 24 years
Domain: US IT Staffing / Recruitment

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience recruiting GC & USC candidates
• Experience working on W2 requirements
• Ability to source, screen, qualify and engage candidates effectively
• Good understanding of US IT technologies and job requirements
• Experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ceipal or similar staffing tools is a plus
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work in a night shift environment

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT professionals for W2 opportunities
• Screen candidates and assess technical/communication skills
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Work closely with the recruiting and account management teams
• Meet daily/weekly recruiting targets
