Location: Noida, Sector 62 | Work From Office
Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST | US Shift
Experience: 6 Months 5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role & Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates via job portals, LinkedIn & ATS.
- Screen candidates as per client requirements.
- Handle W2, C2C & Full-Time requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening.
- Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipeline & meet hiring targets.
Requirements
- 6 Months 5 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of the US Staffing lifecycle & work authorization
- Experience with Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- Strong Boolean search, communication & negotiation skills
- Experience with Direct Clients/Implementation Partners is a plus.
