Role & responsibilities

We're looking for individuals with expertise in:
Full-cycle US IT recruitment
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Working with direct clients and implementation partners

Preferred candidate profile

Strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment
Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring
Expertise in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Good understanding of IT technologies and roles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
