Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

•      Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for  Infrastructure requirements, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.

•      Sourcing & Strategy: Utilize a multi-channel approach (job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals) to build a robust pipeline of qualified Infra talent.

• Infra Role Expertise: Recruit for a wide range of Infrastructure roles, including but not limited to other Generic IT and Finance and Accounting roles for our enterprise clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•      Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a demonstrable focus on Infrastructure positions.

•      Strong understanding of the  job market, including time zones, compliance requirements, and cultural nuances.

•      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•      Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines.
