Job Description

FCS is looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT staffing and strong sourcing and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
• Work on requirements from Tier-1 Clients, Prime Vendors
• Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Understand US IT hiring processes and employment models such as W2, C2C, and 1099.

Requirements

• 6 Months2 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
• Strong sourcing and communication skills.
• Exposure to Tier-1 Clients, Prime Vendors is preferred.
• Good understanding of US IT recruitment and hiring processes.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
