Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across different IT technologies and seniority levels, including leadership positions such as CTO, CEO, Director, VP, and other executive role

• S)Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical requirements and client expectatio
• nsConduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate interest, communication skills, technical fit, and salary expectatio
• nsCoordinate and manage interview scheduling between candidates and hiring manage
• rsPerform market mapping, competitor research, and recruitment analytics to improve hiring strategi
• esBuild and maintain long-term relationships with active and passive candidat
• esManage end-to-end recruitment processes for contract, W2, and full-time hiring requiremen
• tsStrong experience in W2 hiring with a solid understanding of US tax terms, pay structures, visa classifications, and compliance requirements is mandato
