US IT Recruitement Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Lead US IT Recruitment with 5-8 years of experience in US Staffing and a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading, mentoring, or guiding recruitment teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US IT staffing market and a proven track record of delivering qualified talent to Fortune 500/1000 clients through Direct Client and MSP engagements.

This role requires a hands-on recruitment professional with strong LinkedIn sourcing expertise, excellent candidate engagement skills, and the ability to drive recruitment delivery while supporting team performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements across Direct Client and MSP-based engagements.
• Drive recruitment delivery by prioritizing job requisitions, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely submissions against client requirements.
• Source and identify qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and other innovative sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Screen candidates for technical suitability, communication skills, availability, and alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate offer negotiations, manage candidate follow-ups, and support onboarding.
• Lead by example by providing hands-on recruitment support, mentoring recruiters, and sharing effective sourcing strategies.
• Monitor recruitment progress, identify delivery challenges, and take corrective action to meet individual and team targets.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates, clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate candidate documentation, timely ATS updates, and adherence to recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US IT Staffing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead, or equivalent mentoring role.
• Mandatory experience placing IT professionals in the US market through Direct Clients and/or MSP-based engagements.
• Hands-on experience recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Mandatory proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter search techniques.
• Strong command of Boolean search, candidate mapping, resume sourcing, and talent pipeline development.
• Experience using US job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and similar recruitment platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, candidate negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in recruitment ATS platforms and Microsoft Office.
