We are hiring US IT & Non-IT Recruiters with hands-on experience in MSP/VMS-based recruitment.
Role: US IT / Non-IT Recruiter
Experience: 1-4 yrs
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: US Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment for US staffing requirements
* Work on MSP & VMS programs and manage job requisitions
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
* Candidate screening and submission through VMS
* Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding
* Maintain strong candidate and client relationships
Requirements:
Experience in US Staffing Recruitment
Hands-on experience with MSP/VMS
Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
IT and/or Non-IT recruitment experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced US shift environment
