We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Recruiters with experience in US Staffing to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across IT, Non-IT & Healthcare domains and be comfortable working with MSP/VMS-based requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients.
• Source, screen, qualify, and submit candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and referrals.
• Handle MSP/VMS requirements while meeting SLA-driven delivery timelines.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure high-quality candidate submissions and maintain recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in US Staffing Recruitment.
• MSP/VMS experience is mandatory.
• Experience recruiting for Financial Services, Pharma, Engineering, or Utility domains.
• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 and Full-Time hiring models.
• Experience recruiting across IT, Non-IT and/or Healthcare domains.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools such as CEIPAL, JobDiva, or Bullhorn is an added advantage.
