Mankind America LLC is actively hiring experienced Bench Sales Recruiters for our growing US IT Staffing team in Hyderabad.

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented professionals with strong experience in Bench Sales, consultant marketing, vendor relationships, and successful placements in the US IT market.

Key Responsibilities

• Market H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and US Citizen consultants for suitable C2C, W2, and contract opportunities.
• Identify requirements through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, and vendor networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
• Handle consultant submissions, interview scheduling, vendor follow-ups, rate negotiations, and placement closures.
• Develop new vendor contacts and generate consistent requirements.
• Maintain daily submission reports, interview trackers, and placement updates.
• Work toward individual and team placement targets.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on US IT Bench Sales experience.
• Strong vendor network and established relationships with US staffing companies.
• Good knowledge of C2C, W2, H1B, OPT, CPT, and other work authorization categories.
• Experience marketing IT consultants across multiple technologies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate interviews and close placements independently.
