Role & responsibilities:

• Market IT consultants to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Source requirements through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and job portals.
• Coordinate with consultants on skills, availability, rates, and interviews.
• Match profiles with requirements, negotiate rates, and follow up until placement.
• Maintain daily records of calls, submissions, interviews, and follow-ups.
• Build vendor relationships and meet assigned targets.

Required Skills:

• Must work onsite during U.S. Central Time hours.
• Strong English communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is preferred.
• Knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099, visa types, and vendor chains is preferred.
• Freshers with confidence and a willingness to learn may apply.
