This role demands a professional with strong, articulate communication skills to effectively engage, vet, and negotiate with top-tier technical and engineering talent in the US market. You will operate full-time from the office during US shift hours.

Key Responsibilitie

• sExpert Sourcing: Leverage deep IT and Automotive domain experience
• .US Compliance: Manage US work authorizations and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• .High-Touch Communication: Serve as the primary, polished point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless experience from initial pitch to final offer negotiation
