A Customer Support Specialist, also known as a Customer Service Representative, is primarily responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They act as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support via various channels like phone, or chat.

Minimum 1 year of International BPO (Voice/Chat) exp required.

Salary Compensation - Upto Rs 3.00 - 4.75 LPA.
