Roles and Responsibilities

• Process insurance claims, including property and casualty claims.
  
• Review claim documents, calculate benefits, and release payments to policyholders.
  
• Determine actions to take on each claim (e.g., pay, decline, request additional documents).
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the team or department.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Operations or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance products, policies, and procedures.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
