US Immigration Compliance Consultant

We are looking for an experienced US Immigration Compliance Consultant to manage employment-based immigration processes, regulatory compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employment-based immigration processes, including H-1B, L-1, TN, OPT/CPT, EAD, and PERM/Green Card.
• Monitor visa expirations, I-94 records, work authorizations, and compliance deadlines.
• Maintain Public Access Files (PAFs), Labor Condition Applications (LCAs), and immigration trackers.
• Support I-9 and E-Verify compliance, internal audits, and documentation reviews.
• Coordinate with HR, legal teams, immigration attorneys, employees, and external vendors.
• Ensure adherence to applicable US immigration regulations and employment compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in US immigration and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of US employment-based visa processes and documentation.
• Experience with immigration audits, compliance tracking, and regulatory deadlines.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
