We are looking for a detail-oriented US HR BGC Executive to manage end-to-end onboarding for US-based hires. The role involves coordinating with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and documentation as per US employment standards.

Key Responsibilities:

>Manage the end-to-end US Background Verification (BGV) process, from initiation through completion.

>Initiate and track background checks through third-party BGV/vendor platforms.

>Coordinate employment and experience verification, including previous employer details, dates of employment, designation, and reason for separation.

>Conduct/coordinate education verification, identity verification, address verification, reference checks, and criminal/court record checks as applicable.

>Handle US-specific verification requirements such as SSN validation, I-9-related documentation, and FCRA-compliant screening processes.

>Review candidate documents and verification reports for accuracy and completeness.

Identify discrepancies, red flags, and missing information and coordinate with candidates and relevant stakeholders for resolution.

>Follow up with candidates, previous employers, educational institutions, and BGV vendors to ensure timely closure of cases.

>Monitor BGV TAT/SLA and escalate delayed or high-risk cases appropriately.

>Maintain accurate BGV records, trackers, and MIS reports.

>Update candidate/employee status in HRIS, ATS, and BGV systems.

>Coordinate closely with Recruitment, HR Operations, Compliance, Onboarding, and Hiring Managers.

>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and employee information.

>Support audits and ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and applicable US screening regulations.

>Identify process gaps and contribute to improving BGV workflows and turnaround time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of US staffing and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Understanding of US compliance and documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with ATS/HRMS tools.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in US shifts.
