Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Description: 

1.  Prepare candidates for the interview to give them an edge over other staffing agencies’ candidates and share feedback.
2.  Strong induction to make them feel welcome in the organization 
3.  Act as an auditor to ensure complete & authentic documents are collected & processed for payroll 
4.  To be the single point of contact for the contractors 
5. Employees connect, retention & handling terminations  Grievance handling

Job Requirements :

• Fluent English language skills (written & verbal).
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
• 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment preferred but not mandatory.
