US HR - Onboarding Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with clients to understand their onboarding requirements and develop customized solutions.
• Conduct background verifications, W-2 forms processing, and other necessary tasks for new hires.
• Ensure timely completion of all onboarding activities within the given timeframe.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the process.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in US Onboarding Specialist role or related field (Recruitment/Staffing).
• Strong understanding of background verification processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in completing W-2 forms accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
