Job Summary

Experienced US HR Manager with expertise in US staffing operations, employee lifecycle management, employment compliance, consultant onboarding, contract administration, and employee relations. Responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes for W-2, 1099, and C2C consultants while ensuring accurate documentation, timely compliance, and effective coordination with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US consultant onboarding and offboarding for W-2, 1099, and C2C engagements.
• Coordinate Form I-9, E-Verify, background verification, drug screening, and client-specific compliance requirements.
• Manage staffing agreements, MSAs, SOWs, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and vendor contracts.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS databases, placement trackers, and HR MIS reports.
• Coordinate US employee health insurance, company and vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and renewals.
• Oversee performance reviews, PIPs, employee relations, and separation processes.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Accounts, Legal, clients, vendors, and management to ensure smooth HR and staffing operations.
• Support India HR operations, including payroll coordination, employee engagement, attendance, and employee lifecycle management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of US staffing HR operations and employment documentation.
• Knowledge of E-Verify, background checks, contract administration, benefits coordination, and HR compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
