Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented US HR Executive with 2- 6+ years of relevant experience in US HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with US HR norms and processes, including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, complaints

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a US night-shift environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding activities for US employees.
• Ensure HR processes are aligned with applicable US HR norms and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, changes, and exits.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2- 6+ years of relevant experience in US HR operations is mandatory.
• Good understanding of US HR processes and norms.
• Hands-on experience in employee onboarding and BGV processes.
• Exposure to payroll coordination and benefits administration.

Educational Qualification

• Graduation in any discipline is required.
