Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US HR Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in US HR / US Staffing / HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US HR operations
• Employee onboarding and documentation
• Manage employee lifecycle activities
• Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
• Employee queries and HR support
• Coordinate with US recruiters and stakeholders
• Maintain HR trackers, MIS and employee records
• Support offboarding and exit formalities
• Handle US staffing documentation and compliance coordination

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in US HR / US Staffing / HR Operations
• Good understanding of US HR processes
• Knowledge of W2, C2C and 1099
• Basic understanding of I-9, E-Verify and US work authorization
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Good MS Excel knowledge
• Comfortable working in US Night Shift
• Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and power backup for remote work

Preferred

• Prior experience in US IT Staffing / US HR
• Experience handling end-to-end employee onboarding and HR operations
• Experience working with US-based teams
