US HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US Onboarding Specialist to manage and streamline the onboarding process for US-based employees/clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working in US Shift hours, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of onboarding workflows, compliance, and documentation.

Shift: PST Hours

Designation - US HR Operations Executive (Level - Executive)

Employment Type - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for US hires/clients in alignment with company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, compliance, payroll, and operations) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Conduct background verification and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
• Maintain and update onboarding trackers, systems, and records
• Communicate with candidates/clients regarding onboarding status, requirements, and timelines
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws, company policies, and client-specific requirements
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and provide timely resolutions
• Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and records
• Continuously identify process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, HR operations, or a similar role (preferably US Staffing)
• Experience working in PST or night shifts
• Strong understanding of US onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
