Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, benefits enrollment, and IT setup.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition of new employees into the organization.
  
• Conduct orientation sessions to welcome new employees and provide necessary training and support.
  
• Ensure accurate processing of payroll transactions, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax filings.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding employee data management.
