US HR Executive (Night Shift)

Job Description:

Employee Relations: To develop positive and long-term sustainable business relationships with client and consultants.

Act as a liaison between the client and consultants to ensure client satisfaction and adjust strategies as needed.

Lead efforts to increase retention and consultant engagement.

Maintain relationships with the existing employees of the company and help them in resolving day to day issues/concerns and questions.

Conduct exit interviews of termed consultants.

Market an out-of-project consultants resume with the proactive recruiting team.

Identify ways to improve company policies and procedures to improve the employee experience

Participate in teams and on projects as requested.

HR Generalist:

Acts as a resource for employees regarding policy and procedures questions and assists in resolving human resources related problems

Assists with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentations.

Entering and maintaining accurate employee records.

Preparing various offer letters.

Responsible for completion of I9,Everify, I983 documents.

Help update employee handbook by preparing, updating and recommending human resources best practices, policies and procedures.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as-needed.

Assist the Human Resources Team with on-going projects and programs.

Researches information as it relates to assigned area

Respond to oral and written inquiries from employees regarding eligibility requirements, benefit descriptions and availability.

Assist with open enrollment processes. Compile and mail open enrollment information.

Responsible for entering and maintenance of benefits tracker.
