Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Associate HR Executive to support US HR Operations, with a strong focus on Social Media Research, Pre-Employment Screening, Data Management, and Onboarding Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct social media and online presence research on prospective consultants using professional networking platforms, public records, and other available sources.
• Perform pre-employment screening activities, including employment verification, BGV coordination, and credential validation.
• Review and accurately document research findings while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
• Maintain employee/consultant records, documentation, databases, and HR systems.
• Create, organize, and securely maintain onboarding and employment-related documents.
• Coordinate the initial onboarding process for newly hired consultants.
• Prepare, distribute, and track client-specific forms and onboarding documents.
• Follow up with consultants for required documentation and ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of verification, onboarding, and client compliance activities.
• Support HR administrative tasks and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, Background Verification, Employment Verification, or Administrative Support.
• Understanding of social media research and online screening techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
