## Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced *Healthcare Resume Writer / Profile Specialist* with prior experience working in a *US Healthcare Staffing company*.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, rewriting, formatting, and optimizing healthcare professionals' resumes to meet US client requirements.

The role requires strong resume-writing skills, an understanding of healthcare job descriptions, and experience preparing high-quality, submission-ready candidate profiles.

*This is a resume-writing and candidate profile enhancement role, not a core recruitment or sourcing position.*

## Key Responsibilities

- Create professional, client-ready resumes for US healthcare professionals.

- Rewrite and enhance existing candidate resumes to improve clarity, presentation, and relevance.

- Customize resumes according to client job descriptions and submission requirements.

- Prepare resumes for Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Allied Healthcare professionals.

- Review candidate work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, and employment history.

- Identify and highlight relevant healthcare experience according to job requirements.

- Format resumes using professional, consistent, and ATS-friendly templates.

- Coordinate with recruiters to gather missing candidate information and clarify experience.

- Edit and proofread resumes for grammar, accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

- Perform resume quality checks before client submission.

- Support high-volume resume preparation while maintaining accuracy and turnaround times.

- Maintain candidate profile documentation and follow client-specific formatting guidelines.

## Must-Have Requirements

1. *Mandatory: Current or previous employment with a US Healthcare Staffing company.*

2. Hands-on experience in resume writing, rewriting, formatting, or candidate profile enhancement.

3. Experience working with healthcare candidate profiles for US staffing requirements.

4. Ability to analyse job descriptions and customize resumes accordingly.

5. Strong understanding of healthcare job categories, including nursing and allied healthcare.

6. Excellent written English, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.

7. Ability to prepare professional, accurate, submission-ready candidate resumes.

8. Willingness to work onsite in Noida during permanent US night shifts.

## Nice-to-Have Requirements

- Experience coordinating with US healthcare recruiters and account managers.

- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, Nexus, or LaborEdge.

- Experience with client-specific resume templates and submission workflows.

- Knowledge of healthcare certifications, licenses, and compliance documentation.

- Experience managing high-volume resume-writing assignments.

- Experience using AI-assisted writing tools such as ChatGPT.

- Experience communicating directly with candidates to gather missing information.
