Location: Noida/Hyderabad – On-site
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift)

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, Allied Healthcare professionals, and other clinical staff.
Work on healthcare requisitions through MSP/VMS platforms.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Negotiate compensation, start dates, and employment terms.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems and consistently achieve recruitment KPIs.

Requirements
1–5years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
Hands-on experience working with MSP/VMS clients
Strong understanding of Travel Nursing, Allied Healthcare, and clinical staffing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
