Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for US healthcare clients through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates who meet client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and potential candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Follow up with both clients and candidates after the interview process is complete to ensure successful placement.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in senior healthcare recruiting or related field (US healthcare).
• Strong understanding of allied healthcare professions including CNA, LPN, RN, Physician Assistant etc. .
• Proven track record of successfully filling difficult-to-fill positions in the US healthcare industry.
