Job Profile: Senior US Healthcare Recruiter/ US Healthcare Recruiter

Job Responsibility:

• Identify, attract, and engage Healthcare professionals for roles such as RN's, LPN's, CNA's, and allied roles, etc.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
• Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records and update candidate information.
• Develop long-term connections with candidates and clients to support future hiring needs.

Must Have:

• Should have a good database.
• Should have working experience with direct clients, MSPs & VMS.
• Knowledgeable about hiring from different job boards like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required.
• Strong understanding of clinical & non-clinical requirements.
• Excellent spoken and written English

Experience Required:

• Must have 1.5+ year verifiable experience
