The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment for healthcare requirements and working with major healthcare staffing job portals. Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare staffing requirements. • Source and screen qualified healthcare professionals based on client requirements. • Work extensively on healthcare staffing job portals such as Medefis, BMC, HWL, National Staffing, and CSU. • Review candidate profiles, assess relevant experience, and conduct initial screening calls. • Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups. • Maintain an active pipeline of suitable healthcare candidates for current and upcoming requirements. • Ensure timely submission of quality profiles and maintain accurate recruitment records. • Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment. • Must have hands-on experience working with job portals such as Medefis, BMC, HWL, National Staffing, and CSU. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate-management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a target-driven recruitment environment. • Good understanding of US healthcare staffing processes and recruitment workflows.
