Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, social media, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Medical Assistants, and other healthcare positions.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Verify candidate credentials, licenses, certifications, and work authorization as applicable to the role.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Follow up with candidates regularly to ensure availability and engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable healthcare staffing processes.
