Job Summary

We are looking for a US Healthcare Recruiter to source and recruit healthcare professionals for US-based requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source healthcare professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Recruit for roles such as RN, LPN/LVN, Allied Health, and other healthcare positions.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Meet individual and team hiring targets.

Requirements

• 6 months–6 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment/Staffing.
• Good understanding of US healthcare roles and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in the US shift.
