Key Responsibilities

• Manage the 360 recruitment process from sourcing to placement and onboarding.
• Source, screen, qualify, and engage healthcare professionals across the US market.
• Recruit for clinical and allied healthcare positions, including RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, allied health, and other healthcare roles.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and submission processes.
• Understand client requirements and match qualified candidates with suitable opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Meet weekly recruitment and submission targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• 6+ months of US Healthcare Staffing/Recruitment experience is required.
• Previous experience recruiting for US healthcare positions is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of clinical and allied healthcare staffing.
• Good understanding of the US healthcare recruitment process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Night shift availability is required.
