• Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
• Immediate Joiners Preferred

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to build a career in US Healthcare Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen healthcare professionals for US requirements
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates
• Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews
• Manage follow-ups and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Interview rounds (ALL ONSITE) : All rounds will be conducted on the same day itself.

• Computer literacy test
• English fluency test
• In-person interview with the hiring manager
