Key Responsibilities:

• Handle US Healthcare payer/insurance processes.
• Work on QNXT platform for healthcare operations.
• Manage claims, eligibility, benefits or related healthcare processes.
• Resolve process-related queries and ensure accurate processing.
• Follow client/process guidelines and quality standards.

Mandatory Skills: QNXT + US Healthcare experience.
