Role Overview

We are looking for graduates for a Health Processor Non-Voice role supporting healthcare operations. The role involves processing health payer member enrollment, premium billing and payment applications, provider demographic updates, and core medical claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process health payer member enrollment and related updates.
• Handle premium billing and payment application activities.
• Update and maintain provider demographic information accurately.
• Support core medical claims processing as per defined procedures.
• Review and process healthcare-related information with high accuracy.
• Track and resolve provider and member inquiries through non-voice channels.
• Maintain process quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
• Follow client policies, data privacy, and process guidelines.

( No BSC IT , BE, BTECH and Post Graduate )
