About The Job:
The candidate will support US Insurance, Disability, Leave Administration, Healthcare, and Claims Processing operations.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Reviewing insurance claim documents and benefit-related requests.
  
• Contacting healthcare providers, insurance companies, employers, or stakeholders to obtain missing information.
  
• Following up on pending claims and documentation.
  
• Handling outbound/inbound calls related to benefit administration.
  
• Ensuring all activities are completed within SLA and quality targets.
  
• Managing complex cases and exceptions.
  
• Supporting process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
  

Required

• Minimum 18 months of US Insurance experience on papers, not less
  
• Experience in any of the below:

• Healthcare Operations
  
• Provider Outreach
  
• Benefits Support
