Junior Revenue Cycle Representative (AR / EVBV / Authorization)

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates from Commerce and eligible Science streams only.
• Postgraduates, diploma holders, and Life Science graduates are not eligible.
• Good English communication and analytical skills are essential.
• Willingness to work in a night-shift environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with US insurance companies regarding unpaid medical claims and help resolve claim denials.
• Review and analyze outstanding insurance claims to identify issues and support timely reimbursement to healthcare providers.
• Investigate claim discrepancies, identify recurring errors, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with insurance representatives on behalf of healthcare clients to resolve claims within defined timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate claim records and follow established quality and productivity standards.

Work Details

• Shift: Night shift
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday fixed off
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Transport Facility: Pick-up and drop provided
