Job Summary:

We are looking for a mid to senior-level Finance professional with strong experience in US accounting and banking coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in QuickBooks, sound knowledge of US GAAP, and the ability to manage financial operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes using QuickBooks
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards
• Handle banking activities, coordinate with banks, and resolve financial matters proactively
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Finance & Accounts (US process preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience in QuickBooks (Mandatory)
• Good understanding of US GAAP
• Professional certification preferred: CA / ICWA
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in banking coordination and financial operations
