Job Description

We are hiring candidates for an International Collections Process. The role involves contacting customers regarding outstanding payments, explaining payment options, and ensuring timely payment recovery while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Salary Details

• Freshers: 4.61 LPA CTC | 35,736 In-Hand per month
• Experienced: 5.13 LPA CTC | 40,400 In-Hand per month

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and overdue payments.
• Explain payment options and assist with account-related queries.
• Follow up on pending payments professionally.
• Maintain accurate collection records and customer account details.
• Achieve assigned collection targets while following process guidelines.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate suitable payment arrangements.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Freshers can apply for the fresher position.
• Relevant international collections experience preferred for experienced candidates.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
