We are looking for an articulate and customer-focused specialist to handle phone and support tickets for our US-based eCommerce store. This remote role involves assisting customers with orders and proactively following up to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
• Resolve queries related to orders, tracking, cancellations, returns, and damages.
• Manage email/chat/helpdesk tickets as required.
• Maintain professional communication and a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of international voice support experience with US/Canadian customers.
• Excellent spoken English, active listening, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working a fixed night shift (7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST).
• Ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
• Quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed wired internet.

Preferred: Women Candidates. Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Aircall, or RingCentral.

Shopify experience is not mandatory; training will be provided.
