BNC is hiring for a Corporate Tax Manager US Tax role with strong expertise in ASC 740 Tax Provisions.
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Hybrid 1012 days WFO/month
Working Hours: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM
Experience: 712+ Years
Key Expertise:
- ASC 740 & U.S. Tax Provisioning
- Current & Deferred Tax (DTA/DTL)
- Tax Provision Research & Planning
- U.S. Federal & State Tax Compliance Form 1120
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions under U.S. GAAP
- Prepare and review Current & Deferred Tax calculations
- Review book-to-tax differences and tax provision workpapers
- Oversee U.S. Federal & State Form 1120 compliance
- Conduct tax research, planning, and provision-to-return true-ups
- Support tax audits and ensure U.S. tax compliance
- Drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements:
- CA or CPA - Mandatory
- Consulting Firm Experience Mandatory
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- NCR/Gurugram-based candidates preferred
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Private Equity | Real Estate | Manufacturing | Technology | Healthcare | Professional Services
