Role & Responsibilities

• Assist US clients with queries related to tax return filing.
• Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate support throughout the tax filing process.
• Explain filing procedures and required documentation to clients.
• Resolve client queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear communication and adhere to established process guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Any graduate; Commerce or Finance graduates preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling international voice calls.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
