US Business Licensing Specialist (Contractual)

Role & responsibilities

• Business License Registrations:
• Maintain database of all business licenses, tracking renewal deadlines, updating the status of each license, ensuring licenses are renewed on time, and uploading copies of licenses to the database.
• Prepare all necessary applications and forms required for business license renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and government agencies to facilitate the business license renewal process.
• Submit completed applications and documents to appropriate government agencies, adhering strictly to required deadlines.
• Any other task as assigned by Management.

Shift Timings - 3:00PM to 12:00AM (Hybrid)

6 months Contractual (contract initially then probability of extension or making permanent based on performance and senior management decision)

Must have skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field with 5 years of experience in Business license Registration and renewals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in office applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Understanding of how to handle sensitive information.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Must be able to work independently and maintain a high level of initiative and productivity.
